Job Summary

AARTY Art Gallery is looking for a confident, creative and customer-friendly individual to present our art and décor collections through videos, engage with customers and support gallery sales and customer relations.

The candidate will be responsible for appearing in videos, presenting artworks and décor products, creating engaging content for social media, welcoming customers at the gallery and assisting them with their purchases. Candidates who are comfortable facing the camera, speaking confidently and communicating with customers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Presentation & Content Creation

- Appear in videos and present artworks, paintings, sculptures, home décor products and other gallery collections.
- Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Explain product features, artistic details, unique designs and suitable uses of art and décor products.
- Present recent arrivals, special collections, exhibitions, offers and customised art solutions.
- Participate in promotional videos, product showcases, interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
- Coordinate with the videographer and marketing team for video shoots and content planning.
- Speak confidently and naturally on camera in Malayalam and English.

2. Customer Relations & Gallery Management

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional gallery experience.
- Understand customer preferences and help them select suitable artworks and décor products.
- Explain product details, pricing and available customisation options.
- Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone and through WhatsApp or social media.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting enquiries into sales.




- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer orders, deliveries and other requirements.

3. Sales & Marketing Support

- Promote AARTY's products and services through video content and direct customer interactions.
- Assist with gallery promotions, exhibitions, events and product launches.
- Help generate leads and communicate with potential customers, interior designers and other interested clients.
- Support the sales team in presenting products and closing sales.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in facing the camera and speaking in front of an audience.
- Fluency in Malayalam; working knowledge of English is required.
- Friendly personality with strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in art, paintings, interior décor, fashion, lifestyle or creative content.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Willingness to participate in video shoots and promotional activities.
- A positive attitude, creativity, professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in presenting, anchoring, customer service, sales or content creation will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking on camera, explaining creative products, interacting with people and building customer relationships. The candidate should be comfortable balancing video presentation, content creation support and direct customer handling at the gallery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
