Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve zonal sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate regional managers, sales managers, and field teams.
- Monitor zonal performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and growth areas within the assigned zone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales plans to improve market penetration and business expansion.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to support business decisions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments.
- Establish performance standards and monitor team productivity against defined KPIs.
- Manage zonal budgets, sales forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Resolve escalated customer and business partner concerns professionally.
- Prepare and present regular business performance reports to senior management.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or regional management.
