Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide customer support and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage client interactions and maintain customer relationships.
- Perform follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams.
- Update customer information in CRM systems.
- Maintain records, documentation, and process compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate
- Age: Min 18 to Max 28
- 1 Year to 3 Years Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills
