About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and establish the complete Human Resources function for a multispeciality healthcare facility. The role will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, compliance management, performance management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospital recruitment and healthcare HR management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Develop manpower planning and hiring strategies.
- Manage recruitment agencies and hiring partners.
- Ensure timely onboarding of employees.

HR Operations

- Oversee employee lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth HR operations across departments.

Employee Relations

- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support retention and succession planning.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements





- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain HR records and audit readiness.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams when required.

Performance Management

- Implement performance appraisal processes.
- Drive goal-setting and talent development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to enhance workforce productivity.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 8-12 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Hospital/Healthcare HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
- Experience in bulk hiring and healthcare recruitment.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in multispeciality hospitals.
- Exposure to hospital setup/commissioning projects.
- Handling large-scale recruitment drives.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
