Job Summary

DMC Finishing School Pvt. Ltd. (DMCFS) is looking for a technically proficient and enthusiastic Lecturer cum LMS Support Executive to support technical training activities and manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting online and offline training sessions, developing technical learning content, providing LMS support to trainees and company coordinators, and monitoring learning activities for various skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Training

- Conduct online and offline relevant soft skill/technical training sessions
- Prepare presentations, study materials, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Monitor learner participation, performance, and training effectiveness.

2. LMS Administration and Support

- Manage course content, study materials, videos, assessments, and learning resources on the LMS.
- Provide technical support for LMS login, app installation, course access, and navigation.
- Assist trainees, company supervisors, and coordinators in resolving LMS-related issues.
- Monitor learner activity, course completion,



and assessment records.
- Coordinate with the technical team to report and resolve system-related issues.

4. MIS and Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training activities and LMS usage.
- Maintain learner records, training schedules, assessment results, and course completion data.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of training and LMS records.

5. Content Development and Documentation

- Develop and update technical presentations, digital learning materials, and assessment content.
- Support the preparation of course-wise learning resources and training documentation.
- Maintain records of training activities, feedback, and learner progress.
- Assist in implementing improvements in digital learning processes.

Required Skills

- Good technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Good communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
