Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Hardware Engineer to design and develop rugged embedded hardware for defence digital display systems, including multifunction displays, vehicle dashboards, control panels, and mission-critical electronics.

The candidate will be responsible for hardware design, debugging, validation, EMI/EMC compliance, and environmental qualification according to applicable military standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal embedded hardware.
- Develop processor-based hardware using ARM MCUs and MPUs.
- Design display interface circuits such as LVDS, RGB, HDMI, and eDP.
- Develop LED backlight drivers, power supply circuits, protection circuits, and signal conditioning circuits.
- Work with interfaces including CAN, RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I²C, UART, GPIO, and MIL-STD-1553.
- Perform schematic design, PCB layout, hardware bring-up, debugging, and design verification.
- Work on EMI/EMC testing and environmental qualification.
- Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-1275, and applicable DEF STAN standards.




- Support system integration and hardware validation.
- Prepare hardware design documents, bills of materials (BOMs), test procedures, and qualification reports.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in embedded hardware design and debugging.
- Knowledge of analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics design.
- Experience with multilayer PCB design using Altium Designer or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and laboratory test equipment.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and rugged electronics design.
- Knowledge of military standards and defence electronics is preferred.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience Required

5–7 years of experience in embedded hardware development.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in defence electronics, aerospace, military vehicle electronics, or rugged embedded display systems are preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
