About the Role

Pink Wave Dance Studio is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to drive field outreach, build strategic partnerships, and expand our footprint across residential, educational, corporate, and event sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Society & RWA Outreach: Pitch and onboard residential societies and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) for hosted dance, fitness, and hobby classes within their premises.

School & Educational Tie-ups: Partner with schools for extracurricular dance programs, ongoing studio classes, and choreography/preparation for annual functions and cultural events.

Corporate B2B Sales: Connect with Corporate HR and Engagement teams to sell wellness and event packages, including Zumba, Fun Fridays, Yoga sessions, and classical/contemporary dance performances for corporate events.

Wedding & Event Choreography: Meet prospective clients to close deals for customized wedding dance choreography, family sangeet performances, and special event bookings.

Software Subscription Sales: Promote and sell Pink Wave’s proprietary business management software subscriptions to local education centers, coaching institutes, and academies.

Reporting & Pipeline Management:



Maintain accurate daily call reports (DCR), manage the lead pipeline, track conversion rates, and submit regular field reporting to senior management.

Profitability & Targets: Achieve monthly revenue targets, negotiate service agreements to maximize profit margins, and upsell complementary studio services.

Client Relationship Management: Manage the sales lifecycle from initial cold outreach to contract execution and post-sales client management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years of proven track record in B2B/B2C field sales, business development. Relevant experience in education sector will be preferred.

Locomotion (Mandatory): Must possess a personal Two-Wheeler with a valid driver’s license for daily field visits.

Tech Assets: Having a personal Laptop or Tablet is highly advantageous for presenting software demos and making corporate pitches on site.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, solid negotiation skills, professional presentation, and self-driven field management.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive fixed salary plus attractive sales incentives/commissions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
