Job Title: Senior Tekla Modeler & Detailer – Steel Structures

We are looking for an experienced Tekla Modeler & Detailer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in 3D modelling and detailing of structural steel projects. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of steel connections, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and clash checking.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and check 3D steel structure models using Tekla Structures.
- Prepare and check General Arrangement (GA), erection, fabrication, part, and assembly drawings.
- Perform clash detection and resolve modelling or design discrepancies.
- Prepare Tekla reports, including assembly lists, bolt lists, and part lists.
- Generate NC files, Material Take-Off (MTO), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Understand steel connections, fabrication processes, and erection sequences.




- Coordinate with client engineers and internal technical teams to resolve design issues and raise RFIs.
- Upload Tekla models, final PDF drawings, and other deliverables to the FTP server.
- Use AutoCAD and other relevant design tools as required.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tekla Structures modelling and detailing.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel detailing and connections.
- Experience in clash checking and drawing preparation.
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings, erection drawings, NC files, MTO, and BOM.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of structural steel design principles and relevant standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tekla modelling, steel structure detailing, fabrication, and erection drawings are preferred.
