About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Pharmacist to support daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate and safe dispensing, uphold regulatory compliance, and deliver high‑quality patient care.
Pharmacist roles in Bangalore typically require strong dispensing accuracy, inventory control, knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, and patient interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dispensing & Patient Care
Accurately review and dispense prescriptions.
Provide medication counseling, dosage instructions, and educate patients on safe usage.
Maintain a patient‑first approach with clarity and empathy.
2. Pharmacy Operations & Compliance
Follow all pharmacy SOPs, storage guidelines, and controlled drug regulations.
Maintain cold‑chain integrity for temperature‑sensitive medicines.
Ensure compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and assist with internal audits.
3. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels, track expiries, and minimize wastage.
Conduct periodic stock checks and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Maintain accurate stock records using digital systems.

Team & Workflow Support
Assist in supervising pharmacy support staff.
Act as shift in‑charge when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
5. Reporting & Digital Systems
Use HIS/POS/ERP systems for billing, records, and transaction support.
Prepare and submit routine daily or weekly reports.
Required Qualifications
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm
Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration (mandatory license holder)
2–3 years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting
Preferred Skills
Robust knowledge of medicines, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical regulations
Familiarity with pharmacy management systems (HIS/ERP)
Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing
Good communication, leadership ability, and customer handling skills
Patience and empathy, particularly when assisting elderly or distressed patients
