Job Title: Finance & Investment Readiness Associate / Deal Flow Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accounting and audit professional to manage accounting operations, financial statement preparation, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, financial reporting, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and accounts finalization.
- Manage finalization of accounts for private limited companies and other business entities.
- Prepare financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate statutory audits.
- Handle GST audits, tax audits, and bank audits.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for companies and individuals.
- Manage GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
- Apply knowledge of US GAAP for financial reporting and accounting requirements.
- Conduct financial due diligence and investment due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.




- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of reporting and compliance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and auditing.
- Experience in accounts finalization and preparation of financial statements.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and bank audits.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and financial due diligence.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial consulting.
- Experience working with private limited companies and handling multiple client accounts will be an advantage.
- Chartered Accountants (CA), CA Inter candidates, or graduates/postgraduates in Commerce or Finance with relevant experience may apply, depending on the role requirements.

Experience: 6 months - 1.5 Yrs

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
