About Siyari

Siyari is a lab-grown diamond jewellery brand specialising in premium diamond jewellery, customisation, and personalised jewellery experiences. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can build our digital presence, create engaging content, grow our audience, and turn social media engagement into genuine customer enquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage Siyari's Instagram and other relevant social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and daily account management.
- Content Strategy: Develop creative content strategies, monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and brand storytelling.
- Reels & Viral Content: Identify trends and create engaging Reels, hooks, stories, and posts that capture attention and encourage sharing.
- Brand Growth: Grow followers organically through consistent content, community engagement, collaborations, and creative campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Develop content strategies that generate jewellery enquiries, WhatsApp conversations, store visits, and potential sales.
- Campaign Planning: Plan and execute festive campaigns, product launches, promotional campaigns, and special offers.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify relevant creators, coordinate collaborations, and evaluate campaign performance.
- Community Management: Respond to comments and messages professionally, maintain customer engagement, and identify potential customers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track reach, engagement, watch time, profile visits, follower growth, enquiries, and conversions to improve performance.
- Competitor Research: Analyse premium jewellery brands, successful social media campaigns, emerging trends, and new content opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and social media algorithms.




- Excellent content planning, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of luxury branding, visual aesthetics, and jewellery marketing.
- Ability to develop engaging hooks and content that holds viewers' attention.
- Knowledge of organic growth strategies and social media analytics.
- Understanding of lead generation, customer journeys, and conversion-focused content.
- Familiarity with influencer collaborations and campaign management.
- Ability to use AI tools and social media tools to improve creativity and productivity.
- Strong communication, organisation, and execution skills.

We are not looking for someone who simply uploads posts. We want someone who can take ownership of Siyari's social media growth and consistently improve content quality, audience engagement, brand awareness, and customer enquiries.

You should be proactive, creative, data-driven, and comfortable testing new ideas rather than repeating the same content formats.

We value results over software knowledge. You can use any tools or platforms you prefer, provided you deliver excellent work and measurable improvements.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
