Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Pre-Sales Executive to handle client enquiries, understand commercial property requirements, and match them with suitable properties available for rent or sale. The role mainly involves telecalling, collecting client details, coordinating with the respective team, and following up on enquiries.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Call potential clients and respond to incoming enquiries about commercial properties.
- Collect basic client details and understand their exact requirements.
- Understand the client's budget, preferred location, property type, and whether they are looking to buy or rent.
- Check available commercial properties and match them with client requirements.




- Share the client's profile and matched property details with the respective team for further action.
- Maintain updated records of client information, calls, and enquiries.
- Follow up with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure every enquiry is handled properly.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and regular follow-ups.
- Ability to understand commercial property requirements and match suitable options.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Salary will depend on interview performance, relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
