Job Description

We are looking for motivated MBA students who are interested in HR, recruitment, and hiring activities. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in the recruitment process and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Support HR in conducting interviews and managing candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with job postings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Assist with daily HR and administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria





- Candidates currently pursuing an MBA, preferably in HR or Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Interest in recruitment, interviewing, and HR operations.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
