1. Site Supervision:
Full responsibility of site work and daily progress monitoring.2. Quality Control:
Ensure work quality as per company standard & drawing.3. Material Management:
Check materials, stock, usage and avoid wastage.4. Team Coordination:
Manage site workers, guide them and ensure safety.5. Measurement & Reporting:
Take daily measurements, prepare daily work report and send to Branch Manager / PM.6. Problem Solving:
Identify site issues and inform immediately through proper hierarchy.7. Client Handling:
Deal with client queries politely at site level.8. Safety:
Ensure all safety rules are followed at site.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
