Area Sales Manager – Acoustic

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – Acoustic to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with architects, acoustic consultants, engineers, developers, and contractors. The ideal candidate should have experience in specification sales, building materials, or architectural acoustics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, acoustic consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for acoustic products and solutions.
- Manage major projects involving acoustic design solutions and related products.
- Develop project-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with customers and project teams to understand requirements and recommend suitable acoustic solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, profit margins, market trends, and competitor activities.




- Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product development and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in building materials, architectural acoustics, acoustic products, or specification sales is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valuable command of spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience selling acoustic solutions, soundproofing products, architectural building materials, or other technical products to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
