Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Pickleball Coach to train students, conduct regular practice sessions, and develop their pickleball skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions for students.
- Teach pickleball rules, techniques, scoring, and game strategies.
- Plan regular practice sessions, drills, and friendly matches.
- Improve students’ skills, fitness, confidence, and sportsmanship.
- Organize school-level competitions and tournaments.
- Encourage student participation and create interest in pickleball.
- Maintain attendance and monitor students’ progress.
- Ensure the court and sports equipment are safe and well maintained.
- Coordinate with school management and the sports development team.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of pickleball rules and techniques.
- Previous coaching experience is preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coach children patiently and effectively.
- Passion for sports, discipline, and student development.
