1. Job Summary

IACR Research Institute is looking for a skilled and experienced Cardiac Technician Trainer to train healthcare students and graduates in cardiac diagnostics, cardiovascular technology, ECG interpretation, cardiac monitoring and related clinical procedures.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of cardiac diagnostic equipment and the ability to deliver industry-oriented theoretical and hands-on training.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training in Cardiac Technology and Cardiovascular Diagnostics.
- Teach ECG recording, interpretation and reporting fundamentals.
- Train students in 12-lead ECG techniques.
- Explain Holter monitoring and ambulatory ECG monitoring.
- Provide training in cardiac patient monitoring and vital signs assessment.
- Teach Treadmill Test (TMT) procedures and fundamentals.
- Explain Echocardiography principles and cardiac imaging fundamentals.
- Provide exposure to cardiac catheterization laboratory (Cath Lab) workflows.
- Train students in cardiac emergencies and basic cardiac life support.
- Explain pacemakers, defibrillators and cardiac devices.
- Teach cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and case-based discussions.
- Prepare training materials, assessments and practical evaluations.
- Guide students on hospital workflows and cardiac technician career opportunities.

4. Educational Qualifications

- BSc Cardiac Technology / Cardiovascular Technology.
- MSc Cardiac Technology / Cardiovascular Technology.
- BSc Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in Cardiac Technology preferred.
- MBBS / MD Cardiology candidates with relevant teaching experience may also apply.

5. Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of cardiac diagnostic procedures.
- Practical experience with ECG and cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Knowledge of Holter monitoring and TMT.
- Understanding of echocardiography and Cath Lab workflows.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct practical and simulation-based training.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.

6. Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical or teaching experience preferred.
- Experience in Cardiology Departments, Cardiac Care Units or Cath Labs is an advantage.
- Previous healthcare training or academic experience preferred.

7. Compensation

- Salary: Best in the Industry (Negotiable).
