Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Supervision: Supervise daily mattress manufacturing operations, allocate tasks to production staff, and ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.

Quality Control & Assurance: Monitor every stage of mattress production, ensuring product quality, stitching accuracy, finishing standards, and compliance with company specifications.

Team Management: Lead and coordinate production workers, assign responsibilities, provide on-the-job guidance, and maintain discipline and productivity on the factory floor.

Production Efficiency & Cost Control: Monitor raw material consumption, minimise material wastage, optimise manpower and machinery utilisation, and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.

Safety & Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, proper machine handling, and established manufacturing procedures.

Inventory & Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams to maintain adequate raw material availability and ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:



Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant technical qualifications and hands-on manufacturing experience will also be considered.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations, preferably in the mattress, foam, upholstery, furniture, or textile industry.

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow management, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in quality control, defect identification, and process improvement.
- Ability to lead production teams and manage daily factory operations.
- Understanding of raw material utilisation, inventory control, and production cost management.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with production reporting, MS Excel, and manufacturing documentation.
