We specialize in helping clients plan their journeys through customized holiday packages, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, sightseeing experiences, and end-to-end travel solutions.
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Travel Executive who can assist clients with travel planning, handle inquiries, coordinate bookings, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international travel packages, holiday itineraries, hotels, flights, and other travel-related services.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets to suggest suitable travel options.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and holiday packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, destination management companies, and other travel partners.
- Follow up with prospective clients, respond to queries, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage booking confirmations, travel documentation, payment follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Provide timely assistance to clients before, during, and after their trips.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, bookings, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and travel partners.
- Support sales activities, lead generation, and other travel operations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel planning, holiday packages, hotels, and transportation.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions.
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- A customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred: Previous experience in travel agencies, tour operations, hospitality, customer service, or travel sales will be an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in travel may also apply.
Work Arrangement
- Remote Work: Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
- Part-Time: Flexible working hours based on business requirements and mutual agreement.
- Contractual: Engagement for an agreed duration or specific business requirements.
- Freelance: Project-based or assignment-based work, with the possibility of performance-based incentives, where agreed.
The final work arrangement, responsibilities, working hours, and payment structure will be mutually agreed upon before engagement.
Compensation
Compensation will depend on the selected engagement model, experience, responsibilities, and agreed deliverables. Fixed compensation, assignment-based payments, or performance-linked incentives may be offered, as mutually agreed.
