Job Description – HR Executive / HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including site engineers, project managers, accountants, designers, and office staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate salary expectations, and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, salary inputs, and payroll coordination.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews, disciplinary matters, and employee grievance resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with site teams and management regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain HR MIS reports, employee databases, recruitment trackers, and attendance records.
- Coordinate employee police verification and other required employment documentation.
- Support HR policies, workplace discipline, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and clearance procedures.
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and smooth HR operations across office, factory, and project sites.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–7 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Experience in construction, interior contracting, infrastructure, or a related industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Good communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and HR reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach to employee management.
