- Carry out electrical installation, repair and maintenance work in residential flats.
- Install and repair switches, sockets, lights, fans, MCBs, DBs and other electrical fittings.
- Perform internal wiring, cable laying and electrical connections.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults, short circuits and power supply issues.
- Install and maintain LED lights, exhaust fans, geysers and other electrical fixtures.
- Carry out electrical finishing work in recent and ready-to-move flats.
- Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety at the site.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor and maintenance team.
- Attend daily electrical complaints and complete assigned work on time
Requirements
✔ ITI / Diploma in Electrical preferred
✔ Good knowledge of electrical installation and construction-site work
✔ Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical faults
✔ Knowledge of electrical safety practices
✔ Ability to work independently and coordinate with the site team
