Empire Developers is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the real estate and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting residential plots and properties, explaining construction services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, social media, field visits, and networking.
- Connect with potential customers interested in property purchases and construction services.
- Promote residential plots, real estate projects, and home construction services.
- Arrange property site visits and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties or services.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain records of leads and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth client handling.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in sales, real estate, or construction will be preferred.




- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property site visits.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
