BS Createch is a creative startup working across graphic design, branding, UI/UX design, digital marketing and customised art. We are looking for a creative, responsible and enthusiastic intern to manage our social media presence and create engaging content for our brand.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Management & Content Creation Intern, you will help manage BS Createch's social media accounts, plan content, create engaging creatives and videos, and maintain consistent communication with our online audience.

This is a remote, part-time internship suitable for someone who enjoys creativity, social media and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage BS Createch's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant social media accounts.
- Plan, organise and maintain a weekly content calendar.
- Schedule posts, stories, carousels and Reels consistently.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

Content Creation

- Design social media posts, carousels, stories and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Edit short-form videos and Instagram Reels using CapCut or similar software.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, calls to action and relevant hashtags.
- Repurpose existing projects and artwork into engaging social media content.
- Suggest creative content ideas to promote BS Createch's services and portfolio.

Research and Growth

- Research social media trends, relevant topics and competitor content.
- Suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, shares and saves.
- Review basic social media insights and prepare weekly performance updates.
- Identify content opportunities that can help attract potential clients and grow brand awareness.

Coordination





- Coordinate with the founder regarding upcoming projects, campaigns and content priorities.
- Submit content drafts for approval before publishing.
- Maintain an organised content calendar and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

- Genuine interest in social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Good creative thinking, written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan tasks, meet deadlines and accept feedback.
- Willingness to learn and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating Instagram Reels, carousels or social media posts.
- Basic understanding of social media insights and analytics.
- Knowledge of content planning and social media trends.
- A portfolio or samples of previous content, designs or videos.

These are preferred skills, not mandatory professional experience.

Internship Details

- Position: Social Media Management & Content Creation Intern
- Employment type: Paid, part-time internship
- Work arrangement: Remote, India
- Duration: 3 months
- Working hours: Approximately 4 hours per day, 6 days per week
- Stipend: ₹2,000 per month
