1. Act as the factory Point of Contact for the parties (distributors). Carry out required follow-ups with parties and factory internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders
2. Lead a team of 2 dispatch heads (across 2 warehouses at 5 minutes distance) and a labor force to ensure timely dispatch of the finished goods to meet our sales targets
3. Handle distributor inquiries and concerns such as dispatch planning, stock availability, complaints, etc
4. Receive and process distributor orders and share them with management and dispatch team
5. Report daily to the company's management with weekly and daily dispatch plans and progress
6. Coordinate with various internal teams such as production, dispatch team, folder team, accounting, logistics etc. to develop and execute the dispatch plan
7. Creating reports for the top management

Maintain required stock levels of finished goods for timely deliveries
9. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT AND BILLING / EWAY BILL WORK

The Candidate should :
1. 10 yrs of relevant experience in Laminate industry
2. Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning
3. Be a logical thinker and valuable with communication
4. Be solution oriented and a problem solver with good customer relations skills
