Location: Alandi Devachi, Pune

Experience: Freshers can apply

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month

Key Requirements

- ITI Fitter candidates are preferred.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.

- Candidates with Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics backgrounds can also apply.

- Qualification: 12th + ITI Fitter / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics.

- Basic knowledge of fitting tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment.

- Understanding of basic mechanical drawings and technical instructions.

- Knowledge of fitting, assembly, drilling, grinding, and basic maintenance work.

- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fitting and assembly operations as per work instructions and specifications.

- Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and workshop equipment safely.





- Carry out drilling, grinding, filing, and component fitting activities as required.

- Assemble mechanical parts and ensure proper alignment and fitting.

- Inspect finished components for basic defects and dimensional accuracy.

- Follow workplace safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.

- Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
