Location: Sector 63, Noida

Designation: HR Recruiter

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and coordinate joining formalities.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Ensure hiring targets are achieved within the required timelines.

Required Skills:

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.

* Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

* Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
