Accounts Candidate – Required Work Profile

The candidate should have practical working experience in the following areas:

Bank Reconciliation – Preparation and regular reconciliation of bank statements with books of accounts.

Petty Cash Handling – Maintaining petty cash, recording expenses, and ensuring proper supporting documents.

Bank Payments & Receipts – Preparation and processing of bank payment and bank receipt entries.

Overseas Remittance – Handling online foreign remittances and related banking documentation.

Purchase Accounting – Purchase invoice processing, verification, and accounting entries.

Journal Vouchers – Preparation and posting of journal vouchers and adjustment entries.

Accounting Entries – Accurate posting of day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting software.

Outstanding Statements – Preparation and monitoring of customer and vendor outstanding statements.

Accounts Receivable (AR) – Customer ledger reconciliation, follow-up records,



and collection-related accounting.

Accounts Payable (AP) – Vendor ledger reconciliation, invoice processing, and payment-related accounting.

Billing / Invoicing – Preparation and processing of customer invoices and related billing activities.

GST Knowledge – Must .

TDS Knowledge – Must

Essential Skills

Good knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting operations.

Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation, AR/AP, Billing, GST and TDS.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounting activities.

Candidate should be capable of handling routine accounting work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
