Designation | E2E Test & Validation Expert Qualification | Bachelor of Engineering Experience (in years) | 8 Job Description | Key responsibilities • Planning & Review - Validate the Test Plan against global and country-specific requirements (from SEAdvantage, CPQ, FSC, bFO, bFS, SAP/Oracle). - Good-to-know skills: Participate in FMEA, CTQ, and P-Diagram reviews to identify risks / quality parameters. • Test Design & Preparation - Prepare detailed test cases covering end-to-end business scenarios. - Set up test prerequisites & data sets, including unitary testing of tools and data integrity. • Execution & Support - Execute E2E test campaigns for Hub and Country following defined test scripts. - Provide support during testing phases for smooth execution and timely issue resolution. • Continuous Improvement - Identify and report quality defects and enhancements. - Engage in defect lifecycle and triage calls. - Contribute to dashboarding and reporting for test coverage and quality metrics. • Reporting & Documentation - Create detailed test reports summarizing execution results, coverage & identified issues. - Record all test cases, executions, and outcomes in JAMA/JIRA for traceability. - Capture and incorporate end-user/customer feedback into future test cycles. Qualification and professional attributes • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering / related field. • 5-8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in services or business domains. • Hands-on experience with E2E testing, test case design, and test data management. • Familiarity with JAMA, JIRA, and tools like TestRail, Postman,



Selenium etc. • Understanding of business process flows & enterprise systems - Salesforce, CPQ, ERP. • Clear understanding of the Verification & Validation processes, Test and Defect lifecycle. • Excellent written and oral communication skills for client-facing. • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. • Ability to collaborate closely with global stakeholders and Business Analysts to gather/understand requirements. • Flexibility, Agility and Adaptability are must-haves to be successful in this role. • Collaborator & ability to see tasks through to completion to required quality and timescale. • Ability to work under pressure and to agree deadlines. • Interpersonal & problem-solving skills with analytical and decision-making skills.
