Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Leapster & Co Recruitment Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with job seekers, managing recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and ensuring successful candidate placements with our client companies.

Key Responsibilities

* Candidate Communication: Contact potential candidates, explain job vacancies, salary packages, and employment opportunities.

* Candidate Screening: Review CVs, assess candidate eligibility, and shortlist suitable applicants based on job requirements.

* Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

* Candidate Support: Address candidate queries regarding job roles, interview procedures, salary packages, and recruitment-related concerns.

* Recruitment & Placement: Follow up with shortlisted and selected candidates to ensure successful placement and joining with client companies.

* Technical Assistance:



Provide necessary technical support to candidates attending online interviews.

* Follow-ups & Coordination: Maintain regular communication with candidates, track recruitment progress, and update candidate status.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate records, interview schedules, and recruitment updates.

Skills & Qualifications

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in English; Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp communication.

* Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to handle multiple candidates and recruitment requirements simultaneously.

* Previous experience in recruitment, telecalling, HR, or customer relations will be an advantage.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
