Job Summary

Systole Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Chemist to manage and execute pharmaceutical manufacturing activities while ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines, approved procedures, and production quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Operations

- Execute manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper dispensing, weighing, mixing, granulation, blending, filling, or other manufacturing activities as applicable to the product and dosage form.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
- Coordinate with QA and QC departments to ensure smooth production operations.

2. Documentation

- Complete and maintain BMRs, equipment logbooks, and other production records.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of manufacturing activities.
- Report deviations and discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Maintain proper documentation in compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.

3. GMP & Safety Compliance

- Follow GMP, hygiene, gowning, and safety requirements in production areas.




- Ensure equipment and manufacturing areas are cleaned and maintained as per approved procedures.
- Verify equipment status and cleanliness before use.
- Report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and other abnormalities to the supervisor.

4. Coordination & Process Monitoring

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and other departments for smooth manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with approved process parameters.
- Support investigations related to production deviations and process discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining production targets while ensuring product quality and safety.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, GMP, and BMR documentation.
- Good understanding of SOPs, safety practices, and manufacturing procedures.
- Positive communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Prior pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
