Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and admission procedures.
- Provide information about eligibility criteria, course details, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with application forms and document verification.
- Maintain student inquiry records and admission databases.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for admission campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve admission targets within the assigned deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:



Graduate in any discipline; a postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in admission counseling, educational counseling, or sales preferred. Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and data entry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
