Techwurkz is hiring a Level 3 Identity Engineer for an enterprise client. The role supports identity and access management operations, incident resolution, and cross-team integrations across Bangalore and global IT support workflows.

What You'll Do
- Provide Level 3 expertise for identity platforms and security policy alignment.
- Investigate complex IAM incidents, identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
- Own ITSM tickets from intake through resolution, following incident, change and problem management processes.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to resolve integration issues.
- Analyze monitoring alerts, logs and telemetry to accelerate troubleshooting.
- Manage shift handovers, support Level 2 escalations and maintain knowledge-base documentation.
