Hitech Systems (est. 2007) is an engineering contractor serving BARC, MCGM and other government clients in electrical, CCTV, fire safety, mechanical O&M; and biogas works. We are hiring a Tender & Purchase Engineer for our Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities

- Tender costing: BOQ pricing, rate analysis, vendor quotes and margin check

- Preparing and submitting technical and commercial bids on GeM, MCGM, BARC and other e-tender portals

- Purchase for awarded works: comparing quotes, negotiation, purchase orders and delivery follow-up

- Coordinating documentation, EMD/PBG and post-bid clarifications

- Site visits for pre-bid inspection, measurement and material issues when required

Requirements

- Diploma / BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

- 3 to 6 years of experience with a government contractor

- Working knowledge of GeM, e-tendering, BOQ costing and MS Excel

- Experience with BARC, BMC/MCGM or other government departments preferred

- Own two-wheeler preferred

Salary:



Rs 35,000 to 50,000 per month plus travel allowance, based on experience. PF and ESIC applicable.
