Roles & Responsibilities

- OPD & IPD Billing Management
- Patient & Family Counseling
- Daily Cash & Reconciliation
- Audit & Error Resolution

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Any Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or related fields).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in hospital billing or healthcare administration.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), MS Excel, medical coding/terminology, and basic accounting principles.
- Attributes: High numerical accuracy, customer-centric attitude, clear communication, and robust conflict-resolution skills.
