Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Achieve customer satisfaction,
productivity and call quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC (12th pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a voice-based customer service process.
