Role description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant – HR Transformation & Organizational Change Management to support client transformation programs involving HR operating model redesign, organization design, workforce transformation, HR technology implementation, and enterprise change. The role will work closely with client HR leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to assess current-state challenges, design future-state solutions, and enable successful adoption of current processes, structures, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

- Support HR Transformation initiatives including Target Operating Model, HR process redesign, organization design, workforce transformation, and HR service delivery.
- Conduct current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis to identify transformation opportunities and develop future-state recommendations.
- Execute OCM activities including Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder analysis, resistance management, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
- Develop and deliver communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans, including Change Champion/Agent networks.
- Support HR technology transformation involving platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and ServiceNow HRSD.
- Track change readiness, training, adoption KPIs, and stakeholder feedback, and support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Prepare high-quality client presentations, transformation roadmaps, dashboards, and change deliverables while coordinating with business, HR,



and technology teams.

Key Skills

- Strong understanding of HR Transformation, HR processes, Target Operating Model, Organization Design, and Workforce Transformation.
- Hands-on knowledge of OCM methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Change Impact Assessment, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness.
- Exposure to HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong client communication, analytical, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
