Job Summary

We are looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals with expertise in identity and access management, privileged access management, cloud security, application security, DevSecOps, and security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and enhancing security solutions to protect enterprise systems, applications, cloud environments, and sensitive data.

Candidates with experience in BFSI, insurance, healthcare, telecom, or government sectors are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
- Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and identity governance processes.
- Configure and administer security platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Implement access controls, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Secure cloud environments across platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes.
- Perform application security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and security testing.
- Monitor security events using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Investigate security incidents, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application development, cloud, and compliance teams.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security architecture, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
- IAM: Identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, RBAC, identity governance.
- PAM: Privileged account management, vaulting,



credential rotation, session monitoring.
- CyberArk: Privileged access management implementation and administration.
- SailPoint: Identity governance and administration (IGA), access certification, provisioning.
- Microsoft Entra ID: Azure AD, identity protection, conditional access, SSO and MFA.
- DevSecOps: Secure CI/CD pipelines, SAST, DAST, dependency scanning and secrets management.
- Cloud Security: Cloud IAM, security posture management, encryption and cloud compliance.
- Application Security (AppSec): OWASP Top 10, secure coding, penetration testing and vulnerability remediation.
- SIEM: Security monitoring, log analysis, threat detection and incident investigation.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, or relevant industry standards.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, Microsoft Security certifications, CyberArk certifications, or SailPoint certifications.
- Experience working in BFSI, insurance, healthcare, telecom, or government environments.
