- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, quantity estimates, BOQs, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Review construction materials, method statements, work procedures, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and resource management.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper implementation of construction standards and best practices.
- Identify potential project risks and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.




- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering/construction projects, depending on project requirements.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, concrete, masonry, steel, foundations, and general construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant civil engineering/project management software.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and construction planning.
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes, building regulations, specifications, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively with site teams, and meet project deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
