Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved production plans, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance, production output, cycle time, and process efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues, machine breakdowns, and process problems.
- Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor manpower utilization and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, tools, machines, and other production resources.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
- Investigate rejection, rework, and process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Maintain proper production records, process documentation, and shift reports.
- Train and guide operators and production staff on processes, safety, and quality requirements.




- Support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable manufacturing standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing/production setting.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and basic problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing specifications.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and Pareto analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of OEE, productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction, and process optimization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
