SUNCREST Energy Solutions is a growing renewable energy company and an Authorized Retail Partner of Tata Power Solaroof, offering end-to-end rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial and industrial customers.

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented Field Marketing Executives to help expand our customer base across Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential residential, commercial and industrial customers interested in rooftop solar installations.
- Conduct field visits, door-to-door marketing, neighbor hood campaigns and promotional activities to generate qualified leads.
- Educate prospective customers about rooftop solar benefits, electricity bill savings, government subsidies (subject to eligibility) and long-term returns.
- Generate appointments for site assessments and consultations with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships and support the sales conversion process.
- Develop referral opportunities through existing customers, residential associations, businesses and local networks.
- Coordinate with the SUNCREST team for quotations, site surveys and installations.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience: 0–3 years in field marketing, direct sales or business development.




- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred.
- Confident in approaching customers and explaining product benefits.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working with monthly targets.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Experience in solar, electrical products, home improvement, real estate, insurance or direct sales will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

- Consistent daily field activity and prospect identification.
- Generation of qualified customer enquiries and site survey appointments.
- Timely follow-up and conversion of prospects into confirmed solar installation orders.
- Achievement of monthly sales targets, with opportunities to earn higher incentives.
