Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospective clients.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to support business growth.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and meet assigned targets.
