Job Responsibilities

- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, pumps, machines, and industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor electrical supply, distribution panels, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, and control circuits.
- Identify electrical faults and support corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
- Inspect cables, wiring, earthing, lighting, and electrical installations to ensure safe operation.
- Assist in maintaining DG sets, compressors, pumps, and other electrical utilities, as applicable.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, LOTO, and PPE requirements during maintenance activities.
- Maintain electrical maintenance logs, breakdown reports, inspection checklists, and spare-parts records.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for scheduled servicing and equipment repairs.




- Ensure compliance with plant electrical safety standards and support energy-saving initiatives.

Personal Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of industrial wiring, electrical panels, motors, control circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Other Skills: Good problem-solving skills, willingness to work on the shop floor, and ability to work in a team.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts and attend breakdown calls as required by plant operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
