Develop and implement production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and market demand.

Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.

Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.

Monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.

Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials as per production requirements.

Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to approved production plans and delivery timelines.

Prepare and review the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).

Identify production bottlenecks, material shortages, and capacity constraints, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain and review inventory records, stock reports, and production planning documentation.





Monitor batch-wise production status and coordinate with concerned departments to minimize delays.

Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock, material wastage, and production costs.

Ensure compliance with applicable GMP requirements and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.

Analyze production and inventory data to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.

Lead and supervise the PPIC team, assign responsibilities, and monitor departmental performance.

Prepare and present periodic reports on production planning, inventory status, material consumption, and order fulfillment.

Coordinate with management to resolve planning issues and achieve organizational production targets.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
