Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Work Shift / Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently handle end-to-end accounting, GST, TDS, and Tally operations for our CA firm client portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day books, regulatory filings, and tax compliances with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate books of accounts independently for multiple clients in Tally Prime / ERP 9.
- GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), perform GSTR-2B reconciliations, and handle e-way bill generation.
- TDS Compliance: Calculate TDS applicable under various sections, prepare TDS working sheets, and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q).
- Finalization of Accounts: Assist in the preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets.




- Client Coordination: Interact with clients to collect statutory documents, invoices, and bank statements on time.
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Monthly bank reconciliations, debtor/creditor reconciliations, and ledger scrutinies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree (M.Com / MBA Finance).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience specifically working in a CA Firm or handling multiple client accounts.
- Software: Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and statutory portals (GST & Income Tax).
- Strong working knowledge of GST laws, TDS sections, and standard accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly compliance deadlines.
