We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Fresher Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, prepare invoices, and support the team in managing accounts and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial data.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Support GST-related documentation and basic tax compliance.
- Manage and organize financial documents and reports.
- Work on MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Assist senior accountants with monthly reports and other accounting tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP / Tally Prime is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is an advantage.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, and ledgers.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply.
- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant finance/accounting qualification.
- Candidates with basic accounting knowledge are preferred.
- Internship or practical accounting experience is an advantage.
