- Customer Greeting & Assessment: Welcomes customers, listens to vehicle concerns or symptoms, inspects cars, and records details on repair orders.
- Communication & Liaison: Relays information between customers, auto technicians, parts managers, and shop foremen.
- Estimates & Scheduling: Prepares cost estimates for parts and labor, schedules service appointments, and sets expected completion (or "promised") times.
- Warranties & Upselling: Checks manufacturer or federal warranty coverages and recommends routine maintenance or additional services based on vehicle history.
- Status Updates & Checkout: Keeps customers updated on repair progress, explains final charges, handles complaints, and processes payments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
