The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream (Freshers can apply).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, MS Excel, and email handling.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle data entry and ensure data accuracy.




- Coordinate with internal departments and team members for smooth operations.
- Respond to emails, calls, and routine operational queries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports as required.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and improving work processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow company policies and procedures.

Skills Required

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
