WhatsApp Marketing Specialist (Business API)

We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using the WhatsApp Business API. The role focuses on managing opt-in contact lists, creating engaging campaign templates, setting up automated workflows, and generating enquiries through WhatsApp marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using platforms such as AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, Gupshup, or similar tools.
- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API accounts, approved message templates, and campaign workflows.
- Create promotional messages with buttons, images, links, and clear calls to action.
- Build opt-in contact lists through landing pages, enquiry forms, QR codes, and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns.
- Segment audiences based on interests, customer journeys, and business requirements.
- Set up automated follow-ups, chatbots, and WhatsApp Flows to manage enquiries.
- Monitor delivery rates, read rates, replies, clicks, conversions, and WhatsApp quality ratings.
- Maintain consent records and suppression lists and follow WhatsApp Business messaging policies.
- Test campaign messages and audience segments to improve engagement and lead generation.




- Coordinate with the sales team to track enquiries and convert interested contacts into business opportunities.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in WhatsApp marketing, WhatsApp Business API, campaign automation, or digital marketing preferred.
