Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Sector 20, Panchkula (In office)

Salary: Up to 60,000

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

About Us

Overseas Operations Management is our India-registered company that manages the operations for four Canada-based businesses.

Those businesses are: LiveSecure Protection Services (Provides professional Security Guard Services), StrongForce (staffing), Connect Supplies (commercial and industrial supplies), and WipeUp Janitorials (cleaning services).

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across all four businesses while ensuring brand-specific goals and performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Manage and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other paid marketing channels.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Handle Social Media Marketing activities, including content planning and campaign execution.
- Track website and campaign performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign budgets, conversions, and ROI to maximize marketing performance.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Experience with Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Requirements

- This is a strictly on-site role based in Panchkula.
- Occasionally, based on Canadian business operations, candidates may be required to work an additional 2–3 hours during the night. Such hours will be appropriately adjusted either on the same day or the following working day.
- Candidates must have their own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection if required for occasional work-from-home or night-hour assignments.
