Job Description: Laptop/Tablet Repair Technician

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Experience: 2–4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair laptops, tablets, and other IT hardware devices.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and motherboard repairs.
- Identify and resolve issues related to screens, batteries, keyboards, charging ports, and other components.
- Conduct in office visits to customer locations across Bengaluru for hardware repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain service records.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in laptop/tablet hardware repair and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of motherboard repair, soldering, and component replacement is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across Bengaluru.

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field preferred.
